Refund Policy
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or full refund.
